Scientists believe that people with sufficient serotonin levels feel quite emotionally stable in most cases. People with very low serotonin levels should consider increasing their serotonin levels. Before making any changes to increasing serotonin levels it is  make sure it is a safe solution. After all you dont want to suffer from serotonin syndrome which is a side effect of having too much serotonin in your body. Most importantly it involves some environmental and lifestyle changes in the home work environment.

More window light is one of the productivity hacks that help maintain optimal serotonin levels by reclaiming exposure to natural light from the usual corporate office work. If you cant find a place for your workplace by the window after a while you will have to take a few steps outside. Thus you will get a similar effect thereby improving the production of serotonin. However you may need to go outside when the suns rays are not too strong. . Customize your surroundings Even if we dont realize it humans are wired to appreciate a beautiful space. Therefore when setting up the perfect workplace at home it is impossible to ignore the mood of the room. Choose durable and comfortable ergonomic equipment and furniture that will help you work all day. It is especially important that the discomfort caused by used furniture in most cases causes stress and fatigue.
